In addition to her doctoral work in
social policy analysis and geographic information systems,
Eileen has studied painting and drawing, with a bachelor of
fine arts and a master's in art history from the State
University of New York at Binghamton, working with artists
such as Angelo Ippolito and Charles Eldred, and exhibiting
in shows in upstate New York. In the last two years in
Michigan and now in Tennessee, Eileen has resumed this work.
