through the Energy Employee Occupational Illness Compensation Program
Act of 2000 (EEOICPA) administered by the U.S. Dept. of Labor. Jan also
describes the extreme personal difficulties of Harry's illness,
attributed to his work as a fireman at the Oak Ridge National
